Why can I request a return, exchange or refund?

We offer a return/exchange/refund policy that covers the first 30 days after you receive your order. (This is extended to 45 days for clothing items.) During that time, you can request a return or exchange if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason. The item(s) in question will be returned, exchanged or refunded according to which is most appropriate for the situation (ie. depending on what the customer’s needs are and what’s practical for that particular product).
