Return policy & refunds

Our return policy is all about making sure your experience is a positive one. If you’re ever unhappy with the quality of a product you purchased from Rosette, we want to fix it! Please simply let us know within 30 days of receiving your purchase. We will coordinate a return, refund or exchange at our expense.

Because clothing is so individual and a comfortable fit is so important, we accept clothing returns within 45 days of purchase, as long as they still have the tags and original packaging, and are in like-new condition. Please contact us directly so that we can initiate a return or exchange.

If you receive damaged merchandise from Rosette, please contact us right away! We’re committed to ensuring that your experience with us is nothing short of excellent. We will find a solution with you, whether it be replacing the damaged product or issuing a refund.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Any order where the customer requests a refund after shipping has happened will be subject to a $15 flat-rate shipping fee.

Accepted methods of payment

On the Rosette Network Ltd., payments are processed through Stripe, which supports Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. You may pay using any of these credit cards. If you are unable to use any of these methods, we welcome you to contact us (info@rosettenetwork.com) to discuss which payment methods we can include in the future to make our store more accessible.
