Return policy & refunds

Our return policy is all about making your experience a positive one. If you’re ever unhappy with the quality of a product you purchased from Rosette, we want to fix it! Please simply let us know within 30 days of purchase and we’ll offer a refund for that product.

Because clothing is so individual and a comfortable fit is so important, we accept clothing returns within 45 days of purchase, as long as they still have the tags and original packaging, and are in like-new condition. To return clothing items, please contact us directly so that we can help you out with shipping costs.

If you simply changed your mind on an item, you’re welcome to send it back to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund for that product. Since we’re a brand new, small business, we unfortunately can’t cover the cost to ship your item(s) back in these cases.

If you receive damaged merchandise from Rosette, please contact us right away! We’re committed to ensuring that your experience with us is nothing short of excellent. We will find a solution with you, whether it be replacing the damaged product or issuing a refund.

Accepted methods of payment

On the Rosette Network Ltd., payments are processed through Stripe, which supports Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. You may pay using any of these credit cards. If you are unable to use any of these methods, we welcome you to contact us (info@rosettenetwork.com) to discuss which payment methods we can include in the future to make our store more accessible.
