Conscious Step socks are made with organic cotton. The cotton growing and sock manufacturing occurs in the states of India. Manufacturing there allows to benefit from India’s organic cotton expertise (growing 80% of the world’s organic cotton) and to support small cotton farmers.

Conscious Step’s entire supply chain is GOTS and Vegan certified. The crops are not treated with herbicides, insecticides, pesticides, and are not genetically modified.

Fair working conditions

Furthermore, Conscious Steps socks are made in an ethical workplace, which means no child labor, minimum wage compliance, overtime compensation and freedom of association for workers. Because all humans deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.
