Return policy & refunds

Because Rosette is closing at the end of 2024, all sales are final and can’t be returned. However, if you receive damaged merchandise from Rosette, please contact us right away! We’re committed to ensuring that your experience with us is nothing short of excellent. We will find a solution with you, whether it be replacing the damaged product or issuing a refund.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Any order where the customer requests a refund after shipping has happened will be subject to a $17 flat-rate shipping fee.

Accepted methods of payment

On the Rosette Network Ltd., payments are processed through Stripe, which supports Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. You may pay using any of these credit cards. If you are unable to use any of these methods, we welcome you to contact us (info@rosettenetwork.com) to discuss which payment methods we can include in the future to make our store more accessible.
