Shipping Policy
Tubby Tabby Soaps products ship out with any items you may order directly from Rosette Fair Trade, as we're based in the same area. We always do our best to use recycled and recyclable shipping materials, and make sure that our environmental footprint is as small as can be. Orders typically ship out within 5 business days.
Refund Policy
If you're dissatisfied with the quality of your Tubby Tabby Soaps product for any reason, please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your order. We stand behind our products 100% and will issue a refund for whichever product(s) did not meet your expectations.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us by email ASAP and we will put a hold on your items and issue a refund. If the product has already shipped, we will have to initiate a return once your product arrives.
Returns
To initiate a return, simply email us and we will send you a shipping label that you can print and attach to your parcel. You will be able to drop your parcel off at the nearest post office at your convenience. Once it gets back to us, we will issue a refund for the product(s) in question.
Please note that if you received your product damaged and that's the reason for the return, we will ask for a "before" photo. This will confirm for us that the product was damaged en route to you by the postal service. In these cases, it helps us out because your parcel may have been insured and we can submit a claim.
Exchanges
If you receive a product and you aren't happy with the type you received (for example, you don't like the scent as much as you thought you would), we can exchange it for another type. Please initiate a return as above, and we will send a new product once we receive your returned item.
Please note
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of bath and body products, unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges on products that have been opened. We thank you in advance for your understanding!
